Luxury chalet in Saalbach Hinterglemm: facilities & furnishings
Experience the perfect interior of an Alpine living environment in 400 m² over 3 floors. You could describe the luxury Alpine hut “der Unterschwarzacher” as getting back to origins. It has been furnished with much love and attention to detail, with lots of fine touches, and a high degree of luxury and comfort.
Here you will find local materials used in its construction, such as stone from Rauris, old wood with every board having its own history to tell, and tiles on the tiled wood-burning stove which originate from the former farmer’s dining room of the Unterschwarzachhof.

Up to 10 people at a time can spend fabulous holidays in this luxury chalet in the Kitzbühel Alps, where tradition and modernity come together.
Entrance and cloakroom
From the spacious entrance area with cloakroom you enter the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The relaxing lounge with flatscreen and Wi-Fi (throughout the building) is very inviting for whiling away some hours.
On this floor there is also a WC with wash basin, utility room with washing machine and dryer, pantry, ski room with heated boot dryer and a separate drying room for wet ski clothes, for example.
Dining area and kitchen
Here you will find everything that any chef could wish for. The high-quality furnishing is of the latest technical standard and will satisfy anyone’s wishes:

- Wood-burning stove with fire hob, just like grandma used to have
- Open fireplace
- American fridge with crushed ice maker

The large, friendly dining table seats up to 10 people. Enjoy treating yourself to some delicious food.
The bench around the traditional tiled wood-burning stove is the ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant heat.
Living room
The heart of the house is home to 60 m² of true living comfort, with a light-flooded living room with open glass front where you can listen to the crackling fire in the open fireplace whilst relaxing on the deluxe couch. The built-in library invites you to browse its books in the comfy winged chairs. Of course, there is also a flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi.
The breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine skyline can be enjoyed not only through the impressive window frontage, but also from the balcony or the terrace with its lounge furniture.
An old wooden staircase takes you up to the gallery where there are comfy armchairs and couches for relaxing and dreaming. A separate bathroom and 2 sleeping annexes each with double beds offer further sleeping space for 4 people.
Bedroom
Relax in the spacious, comfortable bedrooms and enjoy the views of the Saalbach Hinterglemm Mountains from your room or your private balcony and let your spirit run free. There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms with own bathroom and WC on the first floor of this luxury Alpine hut in Salzburger Land.
There are 2 further snug “Schlafkojen”, offering sleeping space for up to 4 people in the living area of our chalet in the mountains.

Galery (60 m²)
The open 60 m² gallery is flooded with natural light and is perfect for relaxing, with 2 “Schlafkojen”, each with double beds as additional sleeping spaces. The separate living area with lounge invites you to snuggle up and dream. There is also a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet.

It is with this in mind that here, right from the outset, you can enjoy the easiness of simply being. In your own small, personal wellness oasis you have at your disposal:
