Payment conditions
- Deposit of 2 nights payable by bank transfer within 1 week of booking
- Remaining balance due 1 month prior to arrival, payable by bank transfer
- Extras (such as private cooking, lift passes, massages and treatment etc.) payable before departure (payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, diners club)
Cancellation conditions
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise – it can happen to anyone!
To best protect yourself and your family, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance. This way, you can avoid unnecessary hassle, and for us as hosts, who rely on booked overnight stays, planning remains reliable. Learn more and book: HERE
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing. In the case of a free cancellation, the deposit already paid will be retained for a future, yet-to-be-scheduled stay. If you do not wish this, please inform us in time, and we will refund your deposit immediately.
Current cancellation periods at Luxuschalet Schmiedalm
Periods:
- 21.04.2025 – 30.11.2025
- 01.12.2025 - 30.04.2026
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date
Cancellation fees within the chargeable period:
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the total price
- 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price
- From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90 % of the total price
- In case of early departure: 100 % of the total price
Additional information: The cancellation costs refer to the total price of the booking. The above conditions also apply if the number of persons booked is reduced.
